Elder Law

Elder Law refers to legal planning for later in life. A variety of issues arise, such as retirement, housing, assisted living, nursing homes, hospices, guardianship, long-term care planning, and Medicaid eligibility.

Our office is here to help guide you through the process of addressing these critical issues. We help with end-of-life planning, all levels of disability and medical care, retirement planning, powers of attorney, and wills and trusts. We also provide various levels of advice and counseling on tax issues. A special team is available to handle cases of elder abuse, neglect, and fraud.

Our job is to help you sort through the maze of laws and develop a plan that will allow you to live your life the way you choose. To set up a consultation, call 508-853-1900.
