CMS Announces 2006 Medicare Premiums and Deductibles

As announced by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the premiums and deductibles for Medicare for 2006 are as follows:

• Part A Premium: $393 (not paid by 99% of beneficiaries)
• Part A Deductible: $952
• Part B Premium: $88.50/month
• Part B Deductible $124/year
